Commission Rules
You MUST pay in full up front. I will not start your commission until full payment has been given.
You have until I begin the linework to request a refund.
I will send you a rough sketch for pose confirmation.
I have the right to decline your commission for any reason no matter how petty.
I do not owe you an explanation for why I have declined your commission.
I will not do any NSFW (this includes nudity AND gore) commission for anyone under the age of 18.
If you commission me and I find out you have lied about your age to get NSFW commissions I will not refund you and I will not do your commission.
My prices are subject to change at any point in time.
My art is not to be used for profit.
My art is not to be reposted anywhere (Toyhouse or similar character collection / profile sites are fine with credit)
I retain the right to display or post the art where ever I see fit, be it on any of my accounts on any sites, current or future portfolios, or even in my own personal home.
I take a long time to get art out, please have patience.
You are free to to ask for updates any time, just be aware that progress will be slow.
I do work on other projects while working on commissions. Just because something else is posted before your commission does not mean I am not working on it.
It is not always first come first serve. I work on things in a random order so it may mean someone who placed an order after you may be finished first. It may also be a factor of how easy the commission is on what order they are completed.

A few ground rules and things to keep in mind:
I do not do art trades or requests for strangers
Just because I appear to be "online" doesn't mean I am available to talk.
Please do not compare my characters to other characters.
If you are younger than 18 I will not talk about anything outside of commissions with you.
If I find out you have lied to me about your age I will blacklist you and cease all contact. There is a rule about this on my commission page as well.
Do not call me any name outside of the ones given. Please ask before using one of my nicknames or joke names.
All socials I have are listed. I am more active on some than others. If you find me elsewhere I either forgot or never use it.
Please keep interactions SFW unless I allow you to do otherwise.
I do not roleplay.
Please keep your personal issues with other users away from me.

What does it mean to be blacklisted?
You will not be able to commission me
I will not design characters for you
I will block you anywhere I find you
No one will be able to commission me for you, if I find out someone has done so they too will be blacklisted
I will not allow you to contact me in any way. Again if someone tries to contact me for you they too will be blacklisted

How does someone get blacklisted?
Not following TOS or my Rules. You get one warning.
Helping someone get around being blacklisted. Be it trying to contact me on their behalf or trying to commission me for the blacklisted party.
I automatically blacklist people who have been caught stealing art, tracing without permission, or stealing characters.
Honestly I can blacklist someone for simply pissing me off. It is my art and I can choose who I will and won't do art for.
